Historic Roswell Kiwanis proudly hosted our annual Kids’ Bicycle Safety Rodeo this spring, bringing together families, volunteers, and young riders for another fun-filled day focused on bicycle safety and community spirit.

Children brought their bikes to be inspected for safety and learned important riding skills including proper helmet fitting, hand signals, rules of the road, and safe riding techniques. After the instructional portion of the event, participants tested their skills on our bicycle obstacle course and riding course designed to help build confidence and awareness while having fun.

The event once again featured plenty of excitement for families, with kids enjoying the challenge course, community activities, and the opportunity to ride alongside friends and neighbors. Every participant who completed the course received recognition for their hard work and commitment to bicycle safety.

Historic Roswell Kiwanis believes bicycle safety education is one of the most important ways we can help protect children in our community. Events like the Bicycle Safety Rodeo allow us to combine education, service, and fun while encouraging healthy outdoor activity for local families.

A special thank you goes out to all of our volunteers, sponsors, community partners, and families who helped make this year’s rodeo another successful event. We especially appreciate everyone who donated their time and energy to ensure the children had a safe and memorable experience.

We are already looking forward to next year’s Bicycle Safety Rodeo!
