Historic Roswell Kiwanis Foundation

The Historic Roswell Kiwanis Foundation, Inc. (HRKF), is a nonprofit corporation chartered under the laws of Georgia, designated as a 501(c)3 organization by the Internal Revenue Service. Contributions to the HRKF are tax-deductible to the donor as permitted by the IRS. Consult your tax advisor for your individual circumstances.

About the Foundation

The Historic Roswell Kiwanis Foundation, Inc., an independent organization separate from the Kiwanis Club of Historic Roswell, Inc., was created to receive revenue from various sources and disburse funds as appropriate. Historic Roswell Kiwanis Foundation receives funds from the Kiwanis Club of Historic Roswell, Inc., individual Kiwanians, and others in the community.

Gifts and Grants

The Foundation will receive and consider requests for funds from nonprofit groups in the community, including from the Kiwanis Club of Historic Roswell, Inc., and from individuals, and will make distributions as the HRKF board deems appropriate. HRKF is not current accepting requests for funds.

Restricted Gifts

Generally, The Foundation will accept restricted gifts and will distribute those gifts as desired by the donor. However, HRKF reserves the right to decline any donation at its own discretion for any reason.
